The following are the terms and conditions for the use of the RealCatholicTV.com service. Users of the website should read these terms and conditions. If they do not agree with the terms and conditions, they should not use the service.

“Premium website” refers to the video playing platform which is accessible with a premium ($10 a month) subscription located at www.realcatholictv.com
“The forum” refers to the forums located at users.boardnation.com/~realcatholictv
“Video content” refers to audio-visual materials located at, hosted on and / or displayed via the free website.
“Other content” refers to pictures, graphics, videos, text, audio files and any and all electronic data located at, hosted on and / or displayed on www.realcatholictv.com, www.realcatholictv.net, www.realcatholictv.org and the forums located at users.boardnation.com/~realcatholictv
“The user” refers to the individual or organization who is registered to use the free website and access the video content.
“The forum user” refers to the individual or organization who is registered to use the forum.
Use of the Free Website, Video Content, Other Content by the User and Forum User
Use of the free website is at the discretion of RealCatholicTV.com. The service may be terminated, changed or altered at any time without prior warning or notification. These terms and conditions may be likewise changed except where prohibited by applicable law.
The free website is provided “as is” and no statements concerning utility, function, or fitness for purpose are expressed or implied. No guarantees concerning uptime are expressed or implied. RealCatholicTV.com accepts no responsibility for damage to computer software or hardware belonging to the user or others as a result of using any of the RealCatholicTV.com services.
The user may access and view any and all video and other content as frequently as he desires. The user may use the embed and share features of the free website to embed and share a reasonable amount of video content with friends, colleagues, associates etc. No video content may be reproduced, stored, changed or altered without the express written permission of RealCatholicTV.com.
The user may not download any content except that content which is specifically allowed to be downloaded as podcasts, videos for mobile devices, scripts and other files specifically offered for download. “Ripping” video content is a violation of these terms and conditions. Downloaded content may not be changed or altered without the express written permission of RealCatholicTV.com. Downloaded content may only be reproduced or stored for personal use of the user.
The user may not reproduce, store, change or alter any other content without the express permission of RealCatholicTV.com, excepting any other content clearly marked as being reproducible.
The forum user may use the forum freely and without restrictions save those contained in the forum rules. The forum user may not attempt to “hack” the forums or gain access to areas, information or code which is not permitted by a normal user-level account.
The use of the forum and the free website are via two different accounts. These accounts are unconnected, and ownership of one account does not express or imply a right to have the other account.

The usernames and passwords belonging to the user and forum user are for the user's use only, and may not be shared with anyone else.
Violation of these terms and conditions may result in the suspension or cancellation of the user's account, at the discretion of RealCatholicTV.com

Subscription to the premium website is at the discretion of RealCatholicTV.com. The service may be terminated, changed or altered at any time without prior warning or notification. These terms and conditions may be likewise changed except where prohibited by applicable law.
Users may terminate their subscription at any time, which will result in immediate removal of premium access privileges (therefore, users are advised to terminate subscriptions only when they no longer wish to access the premium content). Termination of subscription does not entitle the user to a refund of monies for a partial month already paid for except where the service has changed during that month. Subscriptions will be terminated because of non-payment.
